Where are you puppies from?
Local pups come from registered breeders approved by AVS, ensuring vaccinations, cleanliness, and overall welfare are meticulously monitored. For imported pups, we collaborate with responsible breeders dedicated to socialization and spacious environments. Rigorous vet checks and ongoing relationships with ethical breeders ensure the health and happiness of our puppies.
Can We Order Online And Collect At The Shop?
Yes, no problem.
How does your shipping work?
Delivery is available Monday through Saturday, with a tracking code provided. Sundays and Public Holidays are designated rest days.
Payments made before 9 pm ensure next-day delivery, unless a later date is specified in the “order comments” field. Payments after 9 pm result in delivery on the following day, unless an alternate date is indicated.
SMS notifications precede each delivery attempt. If a delivery is missed or unsuccessful (occurring 10% of the time), a redelivery attempt is made the next day. To avoid rush, consider having orders sent to your office or workplace if you are working.
For orders below $100, please include an additional $5 for doorstep delivery.

Do you provide grooming service?
Yes, we do! At our shop, we provide high-quality grooming and pet washing services using the the microbubble spa. The microbubble spa utilizes advanced Japanese technology to alleviate skin irritation and eliminate accumulated dirt. Infused with negatively charged anions, these small bubbles effortlessly penetrate deep into the skin, effectively extracting dirt and debris. The result is instantly smoother skin, providing a delightful experience. Even our hands feel remarkably smooth after use, and we take pride in the equipment’s chemical-free composition.
Can I bring my shampoo for you to use?
Certainly. We choose Silky shampoo due to its gentleness on our hands, recognizing that what is safe for us as mammals is likely safer for our dogs and cats. Silky has demonstrated effectiveness in addressing various skin issues. If you prefer us to use your own shampoo, we are willing to accommodate your request.
Do you accept aggressive pet for grooming?
To prioritize the safety of both pets and our groomers, we recommend professional training and rehabilitation for your pet before grooming. Understanding your pet’s unique body language and tones helps us build trust. Acceptance for grooming will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering the individual needs of your pet.
Can you cut my dog's nails really short?
We strive to trim your dog’s nails without cutting into the quick, where nerve endings and blood vessels reside, prioritizing their comfort and well-being. Unlike some salons that may cut excessively short, causing pain and trauma, we prioritize safety over fashion. Regular, gentle nail trims help the quick recede naturally, ensuring a positive grooming experience for your furry friend.
